EXAIR’s new Mini Chip Vac System is a compact, powerful vacuum for chips and other dry materials. It is used to clean chips from fixtures, floors and work surfaces of machining centers, lathes, saws, mills and other industrial equipment.
EXAIR's new 1-1/4 NPT Super Air Nozzle™ delivers 9.4 pounds of strong blowing force when mounted 12” away from the target. The force is more than 12 times that of ordinary air nozzles, making it ideal for blowing heavy materials or for applications where the air nozzle can’t be mounted close to the surface to be blown off, dried or cooled.
EXAIR’s new E-Vac™ is a series of low cost, compressed air powered vacuum generators for “pick and place”, clamping, lifting, chucking, and surface mounting applications. These vacuum pumps are available in a variety of sizes and flows along with a selection of vacuum cups suitable for a wide range of applications.
EXAIR’s new 3" Adjustable Air Amplifier offers a simple, low cost way to move high volumes of air to cool, vent, exhaust and dry. The airflow can be easily adjusted from a “blast” to a “breeze” to match the application requirements.
