Rexroth has introduced an innovative approach to Cartesian Motion Systems that provides building-block style modular design of material handling, pick-and-place, palletizing, inspection, and related applications.
Bosch Rexroth’s new Series 71 A6VM axial piston variable motor achieves a higher power density by increasing nominal pressure, rotational speed and specific displacement. The efficiency of the new nine-piston motor is noticeably improved, particularly with small swivel angles.
As an alternative to welded steel components, the modular aluminum cleanroom profile product line saves time and money in configuration. The system uses easy-to-assemble, bolt-together construction for maximum configurability using only simple hand tools.
Bosch Rexroth has recently expanded its offering of miniature Ball Rail® Systems. The new offering now covers sizes 7, 9, 12, 15 and 20 in the standard version and sizes 9, 12 and 15 in the wide version. Single-piece profiled rails up to 2000 mm in length simplify assembly, with stainless steel cover strips available for sizes 9 mm and up. For even longer travel distances, Rexroth supplies multi-piece profiled rails joined together at the clearly marked end faces.
